Reimbursement to facilitators/participants is a critical aspect for conferences and workshops. This comprises of payment against honorarium, daily allowance, travel expense, meal expense, etc. Our accounts team meticulously works on this process. After the event, reimbursement forms along with supporting documents are collected and compiled. These are then sent to the client who reviews each form and approves the same. The accounts team now takes charge and after careful inspection of account details reimburses the specified amount.

Once we are through with production & procurement of conference material, the next stage is to ship the material safely & in time to the event venue. Thorough communication & coordination is maintained with the venue authorities to ensure that possession of the conference venue is made available to us well in time before the event to ensure timely completion of all setup, safety and performance checks. Barricading and security perimeters are installed as per venue requirements.
